This privacy policy defines how Junnie Coffee Roasters uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website or when interacting with any Junnie Coffee associated email marketing automation platforms. We ask that you read this privacy notice carefully as it contains important information on who we are, how and why we collect, store, use, retain and share personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information and on how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

Junnie Coffee Workshop herein after refer to as Junnie Coffee. Throughout the site, the term ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ refer to Junnie Coffee Workshop.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this order information to communicate with you and screen orders received for potential risk of any fraudulent attempts. We also use this order information to update or advertise our products or services.

We never sells our email lists or central customer information.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

When we collect, process and share data in accordance with this privacy policy, it may be transferred to countries other than where you live. Our data hosting provider’s servers are located in Australia, however some of the third parties with whom we share data are located in the United States. The web platform we use, Wix is Privacy Shield & Swiss certified,  

which is the European Commission-approved mechanism that enables the transfer of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. 

 

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data that we collect and process. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data, including using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology to protect your Customer Information when you purchase from our online store. 

 

Changes to this privacy notice

This privacy notice was published on April 1st 2020. We may revise this privacy policy from time to time as we add new features or as laws change. When we make changes to our privacy policy, they are reflected on this page and the a revision date will be noted at the top. Any revised privacy policy will apply to personal data, Customer Information and Usage Data we already have about you at the time of the change, and any such information created or received after the change takes effect.
